Facilities Coordinator

We are searching for an energetic person to join our supportive staff as a Facilities Coordinator. This will be an active job with no two days the same. Some of the essential duties are responsibility for scheduling and rentals at the city's parks and Fox Hall community building, oversight of the Louisburg Aquatic Center, point of contact for Special Event Applications, ensure the safety and security of City facilities and assist in the development and implementation of facility-related policies and procedures, among other functions. This position will require engagement of members of the community at large, community organizations and fellow City Hall staff to oversee the care and safe use of City facilities.

The position is subject to on-call after hours/weekends.

The qualified candidate must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record. Drug/alcohol screening is required.

Resumes are currently being accepted for this salaried position with a pay range of $46,300 to $61,776 annually. Applications are accepted until the position is filled.
