A permit application is required by food trucks and food vendors. This link will take you to the City's third-party permit software. You will be required to set up an account to complete the form. You will be asked to upload pertinent documents with the application. The account will allow you to check the status of your application and allow you to seek renewal in the future.
There is a $25 application fee to conduct a background check. A background check and fee is required for each person that will be selling product.
After the background check is approved, the vendor may either choose a one-day permit for $10, a 6-month permit for $100 or a one-year permit for $200.
