Tiffany Ellison was appointed to fill the Ward 2 council seat in February 2022 when it was vacated when former councilmember Donna Cook became mayor. Ellison was elected to a three-year term in the November 2022 election. Tiffany and her husband Travis, along with their four children, enjoy living in Louisburg. She and her family enjoy outdoor adventures, cross-country road trips, and playing cards with family and friends. Tiffany holds a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, and more than 20 years of experience in health education, coaching, and behavioral health services. She brings experience as a business owner, educator, and mother to her role as councilwoman. Tiffany also has experience leading parent education classes and volunteering at the Louisburg Library, and has served as an LRC Board member. She is glad to have been chosen to serve this community as a city council representative. Councilmember Ellison is the liaison to the Louisburg Recreation Commission and Finance. The seat will be up for election in November 2025.
